You have not framed your question properly. However it may be noted that if the agreement under which the dispute has arisen contains a provision to refer the disputes to arbitration, you have to follow the procedure for referring the dispute to arbitration as provided in the Arbitration Act. You cannot file suit in the court. After the award is given the same can be enforced through the court if the party against whom the award is given does not comply with the award.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 11 November 2011
You can execute the award through court like any other decree of court.
