May i know what is constructive res judicata in simple words..how does it differ from res judicata?

the interpretation for the said principle has to be derived from the legal provision only i.e S.11 of the CPC.

you need to work upon certain relevant judgments to understand the concept, so my advice is to go through some good book on CPC, 1908.
