hi, i am law graduate. i m working with an institute of competitive examination as a coordinator. fristly they are not harasing me & m in such a pressure that they want me to do marking as wel. wenevr i try to have words with my boss she goes beyond the limit. now she wants that i should not even dress well my performance is not up to the mark in marketing as it is not my forte.n if i leave the company i have to pay them 51000/- so dnt knw what to do. help me pls.

Any employee has to work within his terms of appointment. If any prty violates, it has to suffer its consequences. So go minutely in the terms and conditions and act accordingly.

If a condition is stipulated in the appointment letter that you have to make payment some amount, in case you leave the company before serving certain period, they you have make payment of the said amount. If no such condition is there, then you need not worry about it.

You are working in a institute where in competitive examination classes are conducted. You are a law graduate, if there is nothing written agreement, file a Police Complaint against your boss for harrassment and illegally demanding money from you if quit.
