If Coop Hsg Society is not coop with member, How member can get detail regarding the resolutions are passed or audited books of accounts are submitted are same as passed in agm meetings?

Any member of society has got such right and it is also inserted in the constitution of such society so make a representation in writing demanding the copies of documents and even personal verification of those documents with original record. If denied or no action taken then file a legal notice through your lawyer and if still demand is not fulfilled, file a case with Asstt, Registrar as per provisions.

1) every society is required by law to have audited accounts approved by members .
2) AGm is required to be held before 14th August .
3)copy of audited accounts are forwarded to all embers by post .
4) in case any member has any query on accounts he can raise it in AGM
5) copies of these audited accounts are required to be filed before registrar of cooperative societies
6) every member is entitled to inspection of documents on payment of necessary charges . make a written application to the society for copies of documents required by you

The member has to write to the Secretary of the Society for inspecting the records. The member can inspect the records at free of cost on the day fixed by the Secretary.
If he wants to take the copy, he do so, by paying the cost.
If the secretary refuse or does not reply the member can complain to the Registrar of Societies. The registrar will impose penalty on the society and will order for inspection of the records.
