I am an Engineer from 1st class Univ.
Have 8 Years MNC experience at Corporate.
Wanted to Leave stable job & join Law. It was a very well thought decision.
I am 32. There is a bar of 30 years. The case is pending at SC. They say it is a stay order. Some private law college(under university)agreed to admit me. But they say if , in future, SC decides that there should be a bar of 30Y for 3 years LLB, then my admission will be cancelled, I will not be able to complete LLB. If the rule comes after by pass out, then my degree will not be valid & I will not be able to register in the BAR COUNCIL.
Colleges urge me to sign and accept the above mentioned situation before admission.
Please help me.
I am very much confused and this is a lot of money which I have to pay within a very short time to assure my admission.

THERE IS NO SUCH CONDITION FOR DOING LAW. THERE IS NO AGE BAR, DELHI UNIVERSITY AND OTHER UNIVERSITIES PROVIDE EVENING LAW ALSO AND THERE IS NO AGE BAR ALSO FOR REGISTRATION AFTER ENROLMENT.
ITS BETTER YOU TRY IN REPUTED GOVERNMENT UNIVERSITIES.
THROUGH EVENING COLLEGE YOU CAN PERSUE YOUR LAW ALONG WITH YOUR JOB. THERE IS NO NEED TO LEAVE JOB ALSO. PLEASE GO FOR THAT.

Sir,
I am at Kolkata,
Q1: What if after some time SC verdict goes against me and the 30 years age bar comes into effect. Will I be able to continue LLB & in future be able to register in BCI.
Q2: I am trying for Sarsuna Law College,under Vidyasagar University which is approved by BCI.
Do I haver any other option.
