in my organisation i want to implement leave policy like Casual Leave,Sick Leave & Earened Leave.kindly provide me govt. rule to make leave policy.

leave rules of any organisation depends on nature of organisation It may be in consonance with provisions of shop and commercial establishment act or factories act as the case may be.

I dont know of base of leave.and i want to know only what is the base of apply of leave rule in any manufacturinfg industry.and on which base company apply CL,SL or EL.

Because your organization is a commercial entity so it is good if you take the services of some management advisers for this purpose rather putting this large and open time taking and lengthy process here.
