Pl. advise on the jurisdiction for filing of civil suit. The case facts are as below:
- Marriage and registration happened in Delhi
- The husband is working in Mumbai and got married secretly with other women.
- The wife belongs to Calcutta and is working outside India for last few years. She wants to initiate legal action against husband by filing civil/criminal suit.

Can the case be filed in Calcutta where she originally belongs to? Which jurisdcition will be valid and accepted by court for filing the above case?

The case has been filed in calcutta and has been challenged on jurisdiction.
