My rights

I am born from my fathers 1st marriage my father did seconf marriage before taking divorce from my mother but later on this issue was solved among them in court and i along wd my elder sid was gven custody to my mother.But after the death of my mother we both were taken by our father to his house.We were styng their wth him and step mom.I completed my education as my fathervwas not keeping good health i had to drop my studies till graduation and help father in business.All was gng on smoothly but wn my brother (brn frm my fathers second maarigae completed his graduation my step mom started making plans to throw me nd my wife from our fathers self acquired house.She used to falsly tell wrong this to father which he to blvd to be true.Now my farther has disowned me and is telling me to move out from his house.
What can i do as i have sacrificed my all life for helping them plz help me out. Thanks

what was settled between you father and mother about the property or the money here it is relevant and if the property is of your father and self acquired than it is only your father who can transfer the same to you?

the house in which we are living has been built by my father after his second marriage..nd that time it i was very smaal aged 7yrs i just knw ds thng that after death of my mother father took us to his place .
My main issue is:-

1) As i have come to knw that he haas disowned me can he throw me out of his house.

Dont leave the house of your father if even you are disowned. your father cannot kick out from the property by using force.

ya i am trying to but as he has disowned me can he legaally force me to go out of his house

when you have been disowned, your father has sufficient means to throw you out of the home. since you have become major so you are no longer dependent upon your father. so dont expect any charity from your step mom. Better would be patch up the matter with father and secure some share in the property.

I am also of the view as advised by Mr. Kiran. As you have become major, you are not dependent on your father.Your rights will start, if your father died without any will.

Thanks for the advice experts , isnt their any law which can stop them from throwing me out of his house......Any law which can refrain them from throwing me out of house for a minimum of 6 months so that i too get some time to find wys to earn my bread nd butter.

no there is no such law to proceed against the absolute owner of the property

if the matter worsens some one has told me to file suit for injunction against them, asking the Court to restraining them to throw me out forcibly.What is this suit for injuction.

Secondly if i dont leave their house what maximum can they do.......i have gvn my whole 30years to them for helping them in their busineess .

Thirdly, Now is their anythinh which i can do

You have no legal right over the property. Then dont waste your time in fighting for it.

Try to be in the good books of your father, try this through your relatives, this may help you in solving the issue.
