real estate business

real estate business is one of growing business at present time but at many times it has been observed that real estate agents who have charged their fees and even consideration for home allotemtnt denies to do the same and in such situation aggrieved party files a civil suit for recovery .is there no law dealing specifically with real estate business matters ?

For the problem you have mentioned, you have to file either a suit for damages for breach of contract albeit a verbal one or suit for recovery of money.
