Lodge FIR immediately. If you can record the calls, that will be helpful. Also issue notice to the bank also. If the things do not stop, file suit.

What Palnitkar Sir advised is very positive, however, it is noticed that the police is hand in glove with these recovery agencies and get monthly mamools to shield themselves for their criminal acts. The banks too turn deaf ears to customers grievances (One can notice this since the employees are tuned mechanically and don't know the law of the land. You can check when you call the so called customer care who cannot resolve your problem nor esclate it to the higher authorities). In case there is harassment it is advisable to take steps as suggested by Hon'ble Palnitkarji and also file a complaint with the bank's ombudsman.

If you are willing to resolve the issue, you can go the Bank and have a dialogue with them for resolving the same. You can tell the Bank officials, when you are interested to resolve the issue, they should create such atmosphere instead leashing threats through recovery agents. Still if the nuisance is not stopped you can follow the advise of Shri Palnitkar.

You send a letter directly to the bank for resolving the matter. They will call you and settle the matter.
You need not bother about the agents.
You record the telephonic conversation and make a police complaint on the concerned person add the bank also as a party.
