Is There any provision in society Reg act of registration of list of general body of a socirty.

At the time of registration, you have to give a list of committee members.

This committee will act till the new committee members are elected in the AGM.

Dear Rajesh,

General body is formed of the total No. of members of the society. For each type of society a minimum No. of members is prescribed, who can form a society. So, before registration, for the purpose of verifivcation a list of members is required to be submitted to the Registrar of Societies along with the application for registration.
