SIR I WAS WORKING IN MLM COMPANY 6TH JUNE 2009 TO 6 SEP 2010,MY PAYOUT IN THIS COMPANY ABOUT 55 LACKS,THE DIRECTOR GIVING ME A CHAQUE OF 35 LACKS WITH THE DATE OF 15TH MARCH 2011,ANOTHER CHAQUE OF 20 LACKS GIVEN WITH THE DATE OF 15TH APRIL 2011,THE FIRST CHAQUE BOUNCE ON 24TH MARCH DUE TO A/C CLOSE.WHAT CAN I DO TODAY

What was your position with the Company?
Do you mean to say that you received the payout not on monthly basis but at year end basis and that too in two instalments? Have you got any written agreement with the company for this payment?
After the cheque got bounced on 24.3.2011 did you send any legal notice asking for the money?

The drawer of the cheque cannot go back from his liability. You can dile a case under sec. 31 of the Negotiable Instruments Act to recover the amount from the company.

SIR I CAN NOT SEND ANY LEGAL NOTICE FOR THE MONEY,BUT I HAVE MY PAYOUT STATEMENT OF ALL MY PAYOUTS,I HAVE NOT ANY WRITTEN AGRIMENT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THIS PAYMENT,IT IS A GROWTH PLAN NETWORKING COMPANY,HE CAN NOT GIVING ANY PAYOUT TO ANY ASSOCIATES FROM PAST 8 MONTHS,THE DIRECTOR AND I STARTS THE COMPANY TOGATHER HE GAVE ME TWO COMPANY IDS WHICH PAYOUT ABOUT 55 LAKHS, I WAS RUNNING THE COMPANY TILL SEP 2010,BUT DIRECTOR CAN,T GIVE ME ANY WTITTEN AGREEMENT TO ME,I WAS RUNNIN THE COMPANY AS PROPRITAR.HE threatening ME MANY TIMES IF YOU ASK FOR MONEY I KILL YOU,I HAVE SOME threatening MASSEGES IN MY MOBILE,I ALLREADY FILE A INFORMETRY TO THE COURT FOE THAT WARNINGS AND MASSEGES, SIR PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE TO RECOVER MY MONEY, WHAT ACT AND WHICH TYPE OF CASE I FILE.
