is marriage on stamp paper is valid?
me and my boy friend decided to marry and do not want court long procedure.so just want to know that ,is marriage on stamp paper is valid or what are rules about that.

no it is not valid.
if you are Hindu then its better to solemnize your marriage in some Hindu temple and follow the saptapadi ceremony.
if it is an inter-religious marriage and you are non-Hindu (other than Hindu, sikh, jain, bhuddhist or aryasmaji) then follow the provisions of Special Marriage Act.
but for all certain reasons the Stamp Paper marriage is not valid.

my boy friend not completed 21(he is of 20) years age and i m 20 yrs old.we can not marry at this moment.
we occasionally meet and stay with each other in hotel so in case police arrived can we show them written stamp paper marriage,signed by both of us.
or can i use the same to prove we were in relationship,if my boy friend cheated me.(we are in relationship from last 3 years and physical relationship from last 1 year).we both are hindu and caste:maratha

You have raised 3 different issues.
1. Your boy friend is below 21 years of age so whether he can marry or can show his marriage?.
2. Whether your affidavit containing the words of your marriage is valid or not?
3. Whether the aforesaid document can be got used as an evidence of live-in-relationship?
My issuewise reply is as uder:
1. No. He cannot validly marry prior to 21 years of his age so such marriage even if mentioned on stamp-paper is invalid.
2. Until actual marriage is performed, only suc fake document is not sufficient to declare your marriage as valid and it cannot be used as a protect in hotels etc.
2. Yes, If contents of such document specifically mention such relation.

There is no specific format. You need to register your marriage with the registrar after both of you attend the marriageable age. Until then no paper would validate your marriage, it would just state your relation.

No marriage can be recognized on the stamp papers. you both have to get marriage in a proper way.

Go to the registrar office they will help you for a marriage under special marriage Act.
