TOP URGENT. As SOMEONE ONE WHO KNOWS ME FROM MY CLASSES HAVE BEEN CAUGHT STEALING LAPTOP BAGS AND FOR THE REASONS BEST KNOWN TO HIM, TOOK MY NAME AND MY PLACE AS THE PLACE WHERE HE SELLS THE STOLEN LAPTOPS.I have got the anticipatory bail for the two cases where the marine drive police(Mumbai) has shown two laptops as recovery from the shop where I conducted English classes on 5th sep.2009.I HAVE FILED THREE HARASSMENT COMPLAINTS WITH THE COMMISSIONER, HOME MINISTRY AND THE CM. BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. and from that day the in every 15 days police are harassing me like knocking on my door wee hours of the night and asking me to accompany them or just want to inquire me about the theft of the laptops in he city.PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SETTLE THEIR PERSONAL CORES WITH ME ARE USING MY PAST CASE AND MIS GUIDING POLICE AND THE POLICE WITHOUT HAVING AUTHENTICATE INFO, COMES AND HARASSES ME.THIS IS GOING ON FOR THE LAST 1 AND HALF YEARS.MY ENTIRE FAMILY IS IN TURMOIL. MY TWO KIDS WHO ARE 5 AND 8 YRS OLD FEEL THAT I AM SOME WHAT A CRIMINAL. PLS SUGGEST ME HOW TO GET RID OF THESE THING. CAN I FILE A CASE AGAINST THE POLICE? IF YES PLS SUGGEST ME.ASAP.THANK YOU.
