Dear sir,

we have land of my dadaji( Fathers father) whcih we have give to builder to buld a large complex .property is in the name of my dadaji.
Now my dadajis four sisters (which all are dead) on behalf of them their son want share in dadajis property.my query is can they get share legally.have they any right on dadajis property and they have file case againt dadaji and send notice to him.pl advise me

Yes they can claim their share.

your query is not clear, it is ancestral property, so you can claim

If the property is self acquired property of your dadaji then dadaji's sister has no right/clim over the property and suit filed by their son is not maintainable.

As per Your Version Your Dada ji alive, they filed a case against him for their share, if it is ansestral property they have right but if it self acquired property by your GFather, in that case they can not claim any thing.
