cheque bouncing Court case

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 November 2010 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

We want to file a legal case in court for cheque bouncing.

We have already send legal notice through registered post which was undeliver.

Please tell me whether it is mandatory to send legal notice through U.P.C. or ordinary post.

Or only registered post notice is allowe.

The post must be sent under certificate of posting and also a registered post with acknowledgement due card can be sent.

Though the law does not prescribe any special mode of service but for the convenience of prima facie proof, registered post or speed post is sufficient.
