Water Tank objection in Apartment Urgent please

Flat owner wanted to fix water Tank for their use in the apartment, Apartment President & Secretary previously orally agreed, while fixing water tank by the flat owner in apartment, president and secretary doing objections.
Now what is the procedure legally to fix the water tank in apartment
May i give complaint to the police station or may i approach the court
please give suggestions, what shall i do

Please check up the Bye-laws prescribed in the Apartment owners' Association document. You can always seek redressal when there are any blatant violation noticed

Dear Mr.K Satyanarayana,
Put the office bearer to the written notice let them respond if they agree all right otherwise call the meeting and get the voting done keeping in view the voilation of any bye laws as suggested by Mr.Loganathan.

Water is an essential item .Give a notice as suggested by Expert.Daksh.If your need is genuine and have no alternative and if the society is against you ,then you can approach the civic body ,registration authority and the Higher authorities also.If there is any law and order problem then only police interfere.

Why do you want seperate water tank?
If the common one or the older one provided is not adequate or failed, then you can try for ur own.
if this is the case, as water is essential one, u can issue notice.
