can the judgements be post poned?

can a judgement posted for judgement on a fixed day can be postponed?(with respect to consumer court)

if so under what circumstances?

Yes, it can be. The court in its discretion can postpone it if it does not have time because of some other hearing matters or work.

Judges have different types of work i.e. court work and administrative work, so accordingly they adjust pronouncing judgements.

judgement can be postponed

The Court have to give reason for postponement of the Judgment on the date of Judgment.
However, it is the discretion of the Court.
