Exhibiting Docs with the Petition

I am to file a petition tomorrow,can I file an application along with the petition to exhibit the documents tomorrow only to save some time in the future ?????

I believe nothing forbids a petitioner to attach documents relevant to the case

Exhibiting the documents is a procedure during the trial of the case. It cannot be done before the trial commences. Therefore it will be premature to file such an application for he said purpose.

you may attach the photocopy of the documents with your petition. However, it will be recorded as Exhibit or Marked at the time of evidence when you will show the original to the court.
