Partition

Dear Sir,

My Uncle,sister and myself having 2
Properties measuring 1315 sq.ft and
270 sq.ft.
My uncle share 1/2
others 1/4 share respectively.
could you please help how to partition
among ourselves.

Divide equally or give abt 800 sq ft to uncle in one plot.u may take the rest and give other plot to ur sister along with the difference price or vice versa. or sell all and divide amount according to share.All upto you three to decide and agree and divide mutually .
