Query about patta on a property

Dear Sir / Madam

I have applied patta for my land , which is 1800 square feet but Thasildhar mentioned on patta 1.5 ares. but my calculation 1.67 need to mention. Hence, you are requested to advise me if any legal issue .

You have to approach the sub-divisional officer / appellate authority in your state and file an appeal against the order of Tahsildar.

It is wrongly noted in Patta. For 1800 square feet means 200 square yards or approximately Ac.0.37 and 3/37 cents. So, verify your document before approaching the Revenue authorities concerned.
