Willed property

A property acquired by my biological father and he gave GPA to a person, for managing these properties as he was living away from these properties. In one property the GPA holder enteted in to a compromise, in a court case , and in which he added his name along with two of his family members names and my biological father's, thus 4 parts on our sides 40% ( rest 60 % to opposition party).
(Aftet the demise of my biological father thease properties came to me from his WILL.)
On knowing this discrepency i questioned this Compromise order( which was done in Writ Appeal in the High Court) in the same high court, but court is refused my writ saying the above compromise is not questioned by my biological father during his life time and hence i cannot question this Compromise, now.
Can some one kindly advice, course/ remidy for this please.

Forged power of attorney

My uncle transferred my property into his name in 2008 through a special power of attorney. I did not write any special power of attorney. I came to know this matter one year back and asked him to return my property without police/court cases.
I came to know that he did not create any document of special power of attorney in 2008, but with his influence he managed the transfer.
But, when I insisting him recently, to return the property, he created a forged registered special power of attorney and I got its copy from registration office.
When I inquired in the registration office where it was appeared as registered, they answered me that related documents were lost in rain.
what about computer records of said special power of attorney? how to proceed now?

Neighbour’s shoerack

My neighbour used to keep his shoerack near my house’s door and it does make the whole floor untidy. As I shifted here, I did confront my neighbour by telling to keep his shoerack towards his doorstep not mine, but he refused saying that its not your floor, that he could keep where ever he wants. So then I wrote a letter to the my society’s association, and they said they will take action against this. After nearly 10 days(i.e. today), they told that “The neighbour dont have the space to keep his shoerack near his house, so him keep his rack near your’s” they added, “So what are we supposed to do? Fight with them?” Said the association… I did knew that they won’t be taking action, as they have their native similar( i.e. the society members have this “ Bihar supremacy”)… I do have the proof of them receiving the letter by getting their signatures on it…Could you please help me know, what should I do now?

Sir, a train accident was recently averted and by grace of God no railway passengers were injured or dead. Only a pecuniary loss was there in behalf of Railways due to destruction of railway property.
Initially it is found that three railway officers were responsible for such accident for which safety of railway travellers got violated. Now please tell us under which sections Police can register a case against the responsible employees against violation of Article 21.

Mnc marked me as abscond as i missed to update attendance

I missed to update my attendance for 10days due to lot of work pressure, then I lost access to attendance application as they marked me as abscond. Then I informed my manager and he raised to ticket to get back the access. After few days I received show cause notice and again informed my manager he said he’ll raise the ticket again. I was continue working on project everyday, later I got terminated and asked to submit the asset as the attendance was still showing as absent. Now my manager is saying he cannot help and even HR is not ready to give reliving letter as I’m marked as abscond. I requested them to consider my login history and client account work as proof but they are not ready. They only relaying on attendance. How can I get my reliving and experience letter now as I did my work sincerely and never absconded from work.
