My daughter got married in December 2021 and gave birth to a daughter in October 2022. Just a month before the delivery, the inlaws got all her jewellary etc. in their custody and deliberately tortured her mentally and rang us up to take her home.
Her husband even confiscated her cell phone (later released), checked all the messages and forebade her from keeping in touch from people he does'nt like.
He however visited the hospital during delivery and bore part of the expenses as they will be reimbursed by his office.
When my daughter requested him to bring alteast one set of jewellery to be worn on child's function to be held at our hose and on diwali, he just made some excuses and did not do so.When we wanted to go to their place to offer sweets etc on Diwali, they just refused and father in law did not even respond to my Diwali wishes on whatsapp. Husband has also left our family whatsapp group
Now my querry is that upto what time we can wait safely before initiating any legal action without compromising our right to all the jewellery and compensation, in case matters go from bad to worse, as we still want to give some more chance time for the relationship to heal and recover.

Dear All, please advice how to approach
my neighbour is threatening to cut down my tree. The tree is near the edge and my neighbours property is slightly on lower ground..he is complaining the tree is old and might fall..the roots are intact and tree is still strong..I don't want to cut the tree..how do I stop this..if he complains in panchayath what can I do stop this

50 years Collector lease expired on 2-7-1999
On request of Lessee Collector raised Demand of Lease Rent for the period ending 2-7-2017
Lessee made payment of same on 28-11-2016 and intimated Collector
Collector issue notice to Lessee for renewal of expired lease on 21-4-2017 and Lessee applied for renewal on 1-8-2017.
Without hearing /considering Application dated 1-8-2017 in response to intimation dated 21-4-2017 and payment intimation dated 28-11-2016 Collector issued Show Cause Notice on 28-12-2018 with penalty from 1-1-2012
In view query is whether Collector issue Show Cause Notice without considering/hearing application for renewal made on 1-8-2017 and/or Payment made as per demand on 28-11-2016 period ending 2-7-2017

My widow mother wants to open a Private Family Trust and wants to transfer her Shares into it. Future plan is that trustees will operate Share trading as well as Derivative Trading in that account to generate business.
1) Can Private Family Trust trade in Derivatives ?
2) How many minimum trustees are required ? Can Single Trustee operate Private Family Trust ?
3) What if out of 2, one trustee is NRI ?
4) What are the documents required to get the PAN of this Private Family Trust ?
5) What are the documents required to get the trust registered ? Where to get registered in Ahmedabad ?

My Son-in-Law's father (Party[C]) bought a piece of land from a Party (B), who had previously bought from Party (A), having a minor son.
Now the minor son (Now Major) of Party A is claiming relief against the land owned by Party[C], who is also deceased.
Please clarify whether Party (A) son has right to claim on above property.

SIR, FOR SOME REASON THE GIFT DEED DOCUMENT WRITTEN CONTAINS MANY ERRORS,MISTAKES, MISSING MEASUREMENTS OF PROPERTY, TOTAL AREA EXTENT. ETC.
PROPERTY IS IN POSSESSION SINCE 1950 TILL PRESENT.
IT'S CONFUSING TO EXPLAIN IN WRITING, BUT EASIER TO EXPLAIN.

Hyd HC WP34322/2011&WP16793/2016. The hegemony in supreme court was assessed when senior counsel like sri Mukul Rohatgi got STAY orders go client smt Navneet Kaur Rana,MP whose SC status was cancelled by Bombay HC. A well known caught fakeSC woman lecturer from Telanagana Sarawatha Parishad, (Kothi, Hyd) got two STAY orders from venal HC Judges of Hyd by paying bribes through senior counsel sri S Niranjan Reddy( Now MP, RAJYASABHA). In 2010, Hyd Dist Collector conducted three enquiries SW, RDO&CVC for 9 months before giving final report based fakeSC complaint. Still he is blamed for no patient hearing, no natural Justice by chanting in Hyd HC for decade. Her Advocates were Known for perjury, suborning perjury, concocted stories, fabricated evidence& implausible logics Or cavil logics in HC. The played trick was that Demised mother had SC surname, but rest family&relatives are non-SC. HC Judges set all reports& G.O G.O.No 13 of 27.4.2016
aside to give STAY. Social Justice was nicely trampled by HC Judges as they never allowed Telanagana state Govt to replace with genuine SC candidate in the occupied job. More over, the senior counsel ensured CC orders issued to IAS officers smt Sunita & smt Vani Prasad CCE for reinstatement& monthly disbursement of salary to fakeSC employee .How did judges dangle to caught fakeSC? The caught fakeSC lecturer got step daughter,mother-in-law& cousins( who gave her leaked UGC2000 paper's ) killed using her crook mind...IPC120B is a crime. Criminal Advocates were nagged in every stage to ensure Police take wrong direction of investigation. Husband of fakeSC is a 3 times married,scrooge. He ensured 3 police cases No 10/2012 at Nallakunta, P.S ,96/2016 in Sultan Bazar & P.S 780/2021 Saroor Nagar P.S. None can club them because of drooling& couple's soliloquy. Hyd Police never introspect their approach. The Suicide Note of eldest daughter mentioned her father to be happy with her death. Father deceived even eldest daughter family IPC 406. but he spoofs as given livelihood as per Advocates training. Hyd Police were paid bribes to believe that son in law forced her to write such as per Advocate's dictum. 4 pages allegation were made by father of the slain.CCTV,CDR,FSL& Post Mortem failed to prove all allegations. Bereaved Family seeks Justice from Governor of Telanaga as TRS Govt failed to dismiss fakeSC employee& stop death of family members.
