Dear lawyers can u please guide me in the following issues related to my house sale
1.my father transferred his house thru settlement deed of 600 sq ft which he I turn bought from another party as land and built house subsequently. But patta was given for 1600 sq ft including adjacent portion also.
2.When I measured I came to know that adjacent house owner built house encroaching my 50 to 75 sqft without knowing this my father built 600 sqft inturn encroaching in road. Please suggeste how to sell my house legally.
When approached govt surveyor he is ready to give patta for 525 sqft instead of 600 sqft.

Hi, one of my 2bhk got vacated and on March 3rd a person gave me token advance of 20,000 rs and say he wil move on 5th April now when on 3rd April I called him he is saying he will mmove on April 22nd and he will pay me rent from April 22nd not April 1ST
When I said I blocked house for one month and cannot take loss of 2 month he is insisting to return token amount now wht to do I am at huge loss during this pandemic I have loans on house to pay

Can we use revenue stamp of Rs. 10 on rent agreement (of 12 months) instead of non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10 ?

Dear Expert, I am planning to buy house and would be making down payment via withdrawing EPF. To withdraw from EPF, in registered do we need to mention the outstanding payable, then only will that be accepted as in my application form I could it's mentioned balance payable as per registered agreement. But my broker told you need to provide PDC and so it as future payment and can't show anything as outstanding. Can you please guide how should I proceed here so that my application for withdrawal doesn't gets rejected.

Mr. XXXX has got power of attorney of land from landlord. It seems the power of attorney is not registered. Can Mr XXXX sell the land to anybody ??

Can I signed my WILL against my Father's WILL (Unregistered) in the name of my son, and registered my WILL in court,
next make GPA in the name of my son that will also be Registered, is it possible? any benefits of this?

I am landlord of property. I want to vacate let out property.
Rent Agreement is for 11 months i.e. from January to December 2021.
Rent cycle is from 01st to 30th/31st of the month.
Termination clause says lessor/lessee can terminate lease by giving one month notice.
I just want to ask can vacate notice be issue by landlord in middle of the month i.e. if landlord issues notice on 10/04/2021 tenant will have to vacate house till 09/05/2021 ?
OR notice should be issued by landlord on 01st of the month ? Vacate notice should match with rent cycle ?

Is there any implicaion in future at the time of Conveyance of if one sided Registered propert is sold and new agreement is registered.
