Will

(Querist) 02 April 2021 This query is : Resolved
Can I signed my WILL against my Father's WILL (Unregistered) in the name of my son, and registered my WILL in court,
next make GPA in the name of my son that will also be Registered, is it possible? any benefits of this?
Quick Summary
A user is asking if they can create and register their own Will and a General Power of Attorney (GPA) in their son's name, even if their father has an unregistered Will. The responses indicate that while it's generally possible to create and register your own Will and GPA, these registrations occur at the local Sub-Registrar's Office (SRO), not in court. Clarity in the original query was noted as a challenge for providing a definitive answer.

YES .... you can do all that you wish, EXCEPT that registration of WILL /GPA is done in the local SRO office and NEVER in Court.
