Reference with no of copies of consumer complaint

While filing a consumer complaint in consumer forum, multiple sets has to be submitted before forum according to reference with number of opposite party(s). 1+1 set + number of opposite parties.

Along with complaint, there are several documents are attached which will be used as evidence,

1. Whether only complaint has to be copied or every document attached with complaint shall be copied along with it?
2. Whether forum itself serves the complaint to opposite party or consumer himself has to do the same?

Thank you.

Suggestion for registering shared private path in tamil nadu

Hi,

We're group 4 landowners panning to partition our agricultural land with the private path which is 3-meter wide. This path ends at another land of mine (let's say "Land-B") which is not related to this partition and one of the owners is raising concern that I should not use this path to enter into "Land-B" but I somehow convinced him for now.

My Question is
1. What is the proper way to register this path, so that there won't be any such issue in the future. and giving full freedom to all the owners regardless of where they're going?. Because I'm planning to build a house in "Land-B" and need to use this path.
2. Is it possible to write off this 3-meter path as a gift deed to Panchayat? and Is there any condition that the path must have some minimum width to make gift deed to panchayat?

Can immovable property be transferred by giving declaration

My brother bought a property in auction in nagpur several years ago, he paid the full price. I was not present at the auction, nor did I pay any amount towards its purchase. In certificate of sale he added my name as co-owner. He got into some financial trouble, and so he made a declaration and had it notarized, stating he does not own the property nor does he vest any interest in the property. This way the property would avoid legal effects due to his financial troubles.
His declaration states that I (his brother) am the sole owner of the property. He also gave me an irrevocable power of attorney so that I can transact on the property. Can I transfer this property without any issues? Will I run into problems if in the future he claims to be real owner of the property? Does State of Maharashtra law or Transfer of Properties Act of India allow such transfer via declaration and power of attorney?

Regarding nominee name mismatch

Dear sir,

One of our friends who has taken term insurance with aditya birla sunlife insurance has recently expired due to covid19 and the name of the nominee(NAME IN NOMINATION FORM : S VAS and ACTUAL NAME OF HIS FATHER : S SURADAS) i.e, his father name mismatches with the nomination in insurance and the actual id proof of his father. He has taken an affidavit for the name confirmation and also attached proofs like ration card where the relationship of the deceased and the nominee present.

Is it sufficient for claim process or any other documents like MANDAL REVENUE OFFICER CERTIFICATE for both names are one and same or THE GAZETTE require for the process of claim?
What is the best option for non rejection of claim???
