Hi sir, I am AJAY KUMAR from BIHAR. I applied 'IGCAR Cat 1 Adv. 2021' under st category in 2021. I qualified with st category and appeared for interview and Documents varification. While my category changed to OBC 2/3 days before interview but i didn't mentioned at the time of documents varification asked about that. Naw final result announced in August 2022 and got selected under ST category. Naw Am i eligible or not ? If yes, what should I do?

X has a complaint already filed over Y in the court, that the construction of Y's house has caused damage to the X's property. Meanwhile, Y decided to stay on his property as X's intention is pretty clear to keep Y away from living in the house Y is building. Y did some furnishing work inside the house. Court has put a stay for Y's construction. But Y decided to stay in the house anyway even though it is not fully finished. As 1. X trying to corner Y by purposefully delaying the case by numerous petitions 2. Y has no other place to rest his family. Now X has come up with a petition to the court requesting the sealing of Y's property stating they have violated the court's order to stop any construction until notice.
What is the best course of action for Y here? X is making unbearable demands to have any offline talks. Y is ready to obey if the court is making decisions based on findings from the engineering committee (appointed by the court) observation to settle the case. But X is not happy with the engineering committee's findings and coming up with objection over objection. All Y want is his own place for his family to stay peacefully.

1. My wife has complaint 125 maintenance case against me. She claims that she is unable to maintain her.
2. She has trained for professional beautician course at my cost while living with me.
3. She comes to court and filed so many cases against me. Hence it may be assumed that she is mentally fit person.
4. She has no physical disabilities as on date.
5. Being a professionally qualified women sitting at home & claim unable to maintain.
6. If I am sitting at home and claim unable to earn will court declare me as unable to maintain / earn ?
7. I have seen many illiterate lady are working & living their livelihood.

maintenance of for a able bodied women.
8. My advocate says me that Indian judges are acts as wife's advocate & always allow maintenance to wife.
8. What are the criteria for declaration of somebody as unable to maintain ? Is there any rule / guidelines ? Is there any government project to empower those unable to maintain lady by training/ 100 days jobs etc. ?

I have filed divorce case against my wife on year 2015. She has filed objection and state that dowry was given to me at the time of marriage. On year 2016 she lodge 498A against me wherein nowhere in complaint it was mentioned that dowry was given by her family. Also in Chargesheet nothing is mentioned about dowry.
Can I file a complaint under dowry prohibition act to punish her family for giving dowry ? Where to lodge complaint ?
Can I file a case against her for submission of false affidavit before court ?

Sir iam government employee.before i got the job i was arrested for drunk and drive case and i was in jail for three days.now i got government job and while i was asked to submit attestation forms by my department in the form there is a column about any court cases are there on my behalf.does i have to write about my drunk and drive case in that form will it cause any problem to my job.please answer me.
Those who want to settle scores with South Delhi Municipal Corporation…there is an area lying with SDMC in front of Gurudwara Kotla Mubarak pur new Delhi -110003 that lies with MCD with record as community services land. This has been heavily encroached by land mafia. A Public Interest Litigation has been filed for the same by some local resident and all the buildings lying on this land has been registered as illegal construction and shops in one of the building at 263 village jood bagh kotla have been sealed by MCD. But in the meanwhile the PIL number W.P. ( C ) 98/2018 and CM No. 423/2018 has been rejected by High court on some other grounds on the basis of incompetency of the complainant. However the PIL has been for genuine cause and MCD even though booked such buildings with submission of the affidavit for such actions but have not taken any action thereafter. The facts have been suppressed by Engineers Central Zone South Delhi Municipal Corporation…those who want to set right the corrupt MCD can initiate action confirm the facts
Sir, I am the Plaint in a Rent Control Original Petition before the court. I had been examined in chief. The case was adjourned to 23.08.2022 for cross examination. Due to pre occupied programme, I may not be able to attend on the schedule date. I want an adjournment. Is there any provision under CPC to pray for an adjournment for cross examination. As I am the party in person, I shall be much obliged if you respond at the earliest.

Iam the buyer of property in Hyderabad .The open plot prices in Hyderabad vary as per the approvals available for the open plots/layouts ie1. HMDA ( Hyderabad Metro Development Authority ) , 2.DTCP ( Directorate of Town and Country Planning ) and 3. unapproved plots wherein the prices are least for unapproved .I paid a advance of 1,00,000 INR towards purchase of a HMDA approved plot on 1st July 2022 .The owner cum seller of the plot signed the token receipt as a " HMDA approved layout " and he offered me to sell as though it is HMDA approved plot and charged me as per the HMDA plot prices prevalent . The plot owner cum seller assured to produce the HMDA approval letter in few days but failed to do so .Few days down the line, the plot owner cum seller again demanded ten lakhs to exhibit the HMDA approval letter , I paid him ten lakhs, took a receipt from him in which it is clearly mentioned as HMDA approved plot but the owner cum seller couldnot produce the HMDA approval copy of the plot or layout .Later ,I enquired with HMDA Office and got a a written statement from them through RTI Act that the plot or layout is not HMDA approved and the plot stands unapproved .I sent a notice letter to plot owner cum seller that I was ready to go ahead with the registration of the property subject to the condition that rates are being revised as is was no more a HMDA approved plot .There is no response from him till now .Can I file a suit for specific performance to sell ? Is there a format for it? Please help
