Communication Issues and Withheld Certified Copy: I repeatedly attempted to contact Vimal Kumar Pandey for obtaining a certified copy of my case, for which I had paid a considerable sum. However, my efforts were in vain as he rarely answered phone calls or emails, making effective communication nearly impossible.
As a result, I am left feeling utterly unsatisfied and regretful of my decision to engage their services. I believe that I am entitled to a refund of the fees paid for a service that did not meet even the basic expectations.

In 2012, I purchased a 200 sqyd plot in Chaneta, Bareilly, with a registered sale deed, but the mutation (dakhil kharich) process was never completed.

By using these Copies does the bank gives the hom loan ..??
Please clarify and is it safe to buy property using certified copies if Encumbrance certificate is clear ???

Pay protection when govt employer was changed inbetween
When I have applied a lateral post my basic pay was 86000 in Org A, after that I have changed to govt Org B with basic pay 60000. Now I am joining in the new Org based on the experience of Org A, so will my last drawn 86000 pay of Org A will be protected or I will be given protection based on the Org B pay 60000 only. Rule is not clear about it
