My daughters DOB is different in her class 10th certificate than in birth certificate and passport. she want to pursue for higher education in the US / Canada or Australia after completing her 12th next year and may also apply for immigration after few years. Will this discrepancy in her DOB cause any issue for her like getting student visa or applying for immigration etc ?
her passport and DOB certificate are of date ------- 09.07.2000
and 10th certificate ------------------------------------------08/07.2000
secondly how can we change the DOB in 10th CBSE certificate becasue school will provide the TC submitted by us of 08.07.2000. can we take help of court

Get the amendment in the DOB mentioned in 10th certificate of CBSE by filling necessary form available in CBSE office in your city/state. In that form the school authority will mention the correct DOB as mentioned in the birth certificate, it will be signed by the Principal of the school with the stamp, the CBSE will take the 10th certificate and issue a duplicate certificate with amended DOB. The fee for this process will be charged that you have pay.
No need for going to court for this purpose when the CBSE is doing these amendments themselves.

You will have to file a suit for declaration and mandatory injunction impleading his School as well as CBSE.
