Hi Sir,

i want to write my property on my 2 minor kids.
since they are minors i need to put guardian name in the register document, apartment from me natural guardian (father) can i put third person name also as guardian (like my wife's sister name )
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 26 January 2015
After father, mother would be natural guardian. If required, court would appoint guardian.

For protecting the interest of minor in the property proposed to be registered on their names, the natural guardian, being the father of the children, will get an automatic preference, however, if you want to appoint somebody else as guardian, there should be a specific mention about it in the deed appointing so and so as a guardian for the purpose of this vide the guardianship deed dated....
vishnu (Querist) 26 January 2015

while registering property on minor can i put a clause that no one(including natural guardian) should be able to sell the property till the minor becomes major even with court permission.
