Hi all.

Am practising Law as an Independent Advocate since 2001 at Bangalore, having been practising as a Junior from 1997 - 2000.

I Enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council in the year 1997, at Bangalore and have been practising at Bangalore ever since. 

Area of Practise - 

I handle litigations pertaining to the civil law - matrimonial disputes including Maintenance cases under Sec. 125 CrPC,   consumer disputes,  Probate matters, et al.  I also undertake cases dealing with dishonour of cheques.

Drafting / Review  of contracts,  

scrutiny and opinion of property documents;

documentation of various Deeds, Agreements and affidavits, and

Conveyancing  (registration), where necessary.
