Recently, the bank has issued my salary account statement to my wife without my consent. She got the statement by her father's clout. My salary account is with noida's bank but she withdraw it from meerut. She used that statement against me in ongoing proceedings of crpc 125 (Maintenance Case).
After my investigation it could be concluded that bank has no such request to withdraw the statement.
Now, i have two concerns 1> what can be done against bank 2> what can be done against my wife because she has done illegality somewhere.

On 5 Nov, Mail Today, had a article that "No alimony for women walking out of marriage".
The order had been issued against the delhi based (malviya nagar) girl. I have a similar case - so i want the judgement.
My case is in final hearing- so if any could provide this judgement or similar judgement so that i could produce before court.

I have few queries
1> Whether the builder can charge for the parking after the SC judgment of dt 31AUG10?
2> My builder is still asking to pay parking charges. He is not ready to waive off parking charges. Shall i go to consumer court?
3> How much time will be spent in consumer court?

I had booked a flat and builder is asking for parking and facilities charges as per the allotment letter.
i recently come to know that builder can't charge for parking and facilities, according to SC judgment (SEP 2010).
Please guide me and let me have the judgment.

My wife is living with her parents since Aug 05 and filed the complaint under section 498a etc. against me and my family members in dec 08.
In the consecutive cases filed by her, this can be concluded that she is lying and creates doubt on her part. But i want to proof them guilty..and so on..
Does any case exist in history where court had found wife and persons guilty and accordingly punished?
Can it be granted that if she is telling lie it means i am true??
How the court can belief that she is living separately since aug 2005? I can give many proofs at intervals where it can be concluded that she was in her parental home . But again Q is - would it be sufficient?
what kind of proofs can make her guilty?

My question is related to interim maintenance under section crpc 125.
Lower court had decided Rs 5000/- as interim maintenance. IInd party had filed a revision to enhance the interim maintenance on the ground that the decided one is very meagre. On the basis of unauthenticated copy of bank statement of my salary account - session court enhanced interim maintenance to Rs 17000/- pm.
Further i went to high court on the ground that the decided interim maintenance by session court is beyond its jurisdiction - IInd Party should file application under section crpc 127. IInd ground - unauthenticated copy of bank statement.. For the time being high court has lowered interim maintenance to Rs 10000/- pm.
My Qs are - 1> Should i move to supreme court to revert to Rs 5000/- pm ? 2> Whether the application can be filed by IInd party under 125 revision to enhance interim maintenance ? 3> Has session court has jurisdiction to enhance??

Need judgement
Hi,
My case of 125 revision is in final hearing. Unfortunately, my case is running in bulandshahr. My lawyer is not getting the below judgement and i too.
If any have the below judgement please let me have it.
