hello experts
One of my friends is working in a BPO in Bangalore. He is a muslim and has to perform namaz on friday at 2 noon.
He is not given the break in the company to perform this religious duty. Is there any provisions in the labour law in favour of my friend.

I Have an apartment in 2nd floor and having severe seepage coming from the bathroom of the thirdfloor. The water literally dipping in my door. Since the matter was urgent i repaired the third floor apartment's bathroom,completely replacing the tiles etc., the cost came to Rs.27000. now the third floor people are not ready to bear a single paise for that. what is our remedy?

Hi experts,
I know that in contract act if the agreement is illegal, the collateral events also become unenforceable. Suppose Bank is lending money to a person, who uses it for his illegal buisness. Can the bank enforce the contract, which is collateral to a void agreement.
