Hello..
I would like to know if any member can externaly alter, repair, or change the water pipeline provided by the society and as far as I know no member can alter or make repair externally, it is totally society's responsibility so add-on I would like to know the bye-law stating the same if any or any evidence or law passed for the sameriven

Damage caused to the one member by another member
I would like to know that if due to some internal work carried out by one of the member who stays on say 3rd floor, leakage starts in the 2nd floor flat member who is responsible for repairing the same??? Is Society responsible for carrying out the repairs in any way??
please clarify with the help of the bye-laws if any.riven
