I was travelling with my 2 elder sisters and a nephew of mine in an uber taxi where suddenly out car was stopped by two unknown rowdy motorcyclists and they had beaten up the driver and physically assaulted me and my sisters...the next day i lodged a complaint with the local ps...the IO started a case by drawing up the FIR...the incident took place on 7th of April 2019...the FIR was drawn up on 25th of April 2019..the IO got the 164crpc done on the 25th of may 2019...after the 164 was done the IO used to call me several times over phone and also to the police station and telling me that he will arrest the accused and that the next step was TI parade..
Till today no arrest has been made...and very recently one of the accused motorcyclists is being spotted near my home and surrounding locality frequently...i try to inform the IO but suddenly he is not answering my call and if he does he states he is busy and he will get back to me...lastly i was threatened some days ago by that one of the motorcyclists that if i do not withdraw the case then me and my sisters will have to face dire consequences...they also openly declared that the IO wont arrest them as they have purchased the IO with they political power...

Outside my premises there is a corporation water tap and this tap supplies drinking water to the local people surrounding it...now there are 5 to 6 unlicensed foothpath shops selling chowmein and fast foods tea etc, who come to this tap and fill up huge huge drums of this drinking water for the purposes of running their shops..they forcibly take the water and openly declaring that the water is to be supplied to their shops first then the public can fetch drinking water..they say that they are paying the local ps for the same...
Poor old senior citizens cannot fetch water properly for they domestic use..

Dear sir/ madam
I my name is william and i am a legal occupant of my rented flat...due to some dispute with the landlord my father had filed a title suite in the year 1998 and the same title suite is still pending till today...my father passed away in the year 2015 and we have substituted ourselfs n contesting the case till today..
All of a sudden there is a police officer who has started comming to the premises and claims to be a very close person the municipal minister and chief minister of the state and he is also threatning for us to vacate the premises and leave else he shall empty my house with physical force taking the help of the tmc party as he has links with all the big minsters..the police officer's name is unknown but i have noted his private motocycle number..
Please help me wat to do..

I was issued a credit card with limit of 16000 rupees only in the year 2002 from a private bank.
Since the year 2002 i havent recieved any sort of statements in regards to my credit card account...due to some financial issues i was not able to keep up with the payment...But now i am able to pay the entire due amount in full with interest, However i have found out from the bank that a my total due amount is now Rs 18000 but the bank is refusing to accept the payment and asking me to respond to third party recovery agents who are asking me to pay 2.5 lakhs otherwise i will remain blacklisted in my cibil

Me and my brother have been accused in a counter case u/s 323 509 and 114 IPC..the chargesheet has been submitted by the IO and there is no recording of any witnesses statement u/s 161 but just he has mentioned three names of witnesses...the accused in her written statement has stated that she was assaulted with fists and blows and that she went to the government hospital for treatment but there is no mefical certificate annexed with the case..and at the mentioned date and time my brother was at service at his office at the bank and was absent at the place of occurrence...kindly give your valuable suggestions...

I have filed a complaint against 6persons who are trying to dispossess me out of my legal tenanted flat..i lodge several letter of comolaints with the various police forums and no action was taken..my advocate sent all the head of the police forums a legal notice then the police entired a petty FIR and all the accused persons have taken bail..the IO has threatened me to leave my flat and hand it over to those accused persons as i will be killed and my younger sister would be rapped..i lodged a complaint against the IO and after about 5 days i came to know that the Oc has lodged an FIR in my name u/s 509 323 and 114 IPC...and the police didnt take any action against any of my complaints instead threating me with dire consequences..there is a title suit pending against my flat and the accused people cannot get the flat as there is a civil injunction pending...hence they are trying with local goons and with the help of the police...kindly advice...i want to file a quashing petition

Divorce
My sister married her college mate who was an iran citizen...he came to india on a study permit...after getting married via registration here he had moved to the united states...its been 5yrs now and he now claims that he doesnt want the marriage and he wants a divorce...he also claims that he had used me to get his visa to the usa as he wldnt have got it from his hometown in Iran as he was out of his country for more than 5 yrs staying at india...now hes also willing to sign the divorce papers but not willing to come to the indian courts for the process...i want to punish him and bring him to court...hes has surrendered his passport at usa for the process of obtaining a green card but he has not yet recieved his green card identity...can i bring him to the indian courts for cheating me?
