sir I want to sale share of my property owned by me and my brothers as they are doing transactions regarding the property by keeping me out, they has made a rent agreement without my consent & sign , so I want whether it is legal or not , if it is illegal please let me know what should I do as the person is doing the rent agreement is knowing all the facts but he is purposely doing the act.
