Sirs,
Regarding house property, mother and son was equal shreholder of house property but Mother had left her share by 'Deed of Release' which was signed at sub-register office in favour of his son.
After some years her son's deth, in this situation, is mother equal shareholder of this property ? I mean now can mother demand for her share as equal as her died son's wife, two sons & two daughter?
And in-case of sale of property, is required mother's signature?
Thank you.

Sir,
I have a question
My relative lost her father 15 years ago and he had a self acquired property (house) in his name and he did not have a will when he passed away.
Who is/are legal heir(s)?
1) The deceased person's Mother
2) His Wife
3) The deceased person's two sons (Both sons are married and one son has two minor children)
4) The deceased person's two daughters (All daughters are married)
My questions are...
A)Whose signature is/are required for sale deed of property (house)?
B)Is wife inheritor only.
C)Can his mother, Two Sons, Grandson/daughter (minor) and Two Daughters claim for share?
D)Can sale this property (house) through power of attorney (wife has given a power ofattorney to someone before one two years)
Please guide us.
Deed of release
Sir,
My father was died before 2004 and as per recent judgment from Supreme Court that there is no right of daughter on father's property, if her father was died before 2005.
Besides this judgment, if i sign a 'Deed of Release' in favour of my brother , Because I wish to sign 'Deed of Release' to resolve some social issues.
is advisable to sign 'Deed of Release' ? is this ligally valid or lawful ? is there any possibility of litigation in future?
I am little worry about possible probleme / ligal issue that i face in future,
What should i do ? Please guide and oblige me.
Regards
