what do u mean by property card & its advantges & dis advantages ? The period till the card is valid.

Property card means it is card which shows the owners or holders name of the property or land. It needs to find out the who is the owner/holder.

Codification of any property in a card containing the entire particulars attached thereto is property card and its benefit is that entire particulars of the property can be known immediately without obtaining the relevant copies of the property and disadvantage is that generally it is not refreshed and can be misused or can be misrepresented
