A person execute a agreement to sale to another person B,B goes to court to specific performance to sell deed,their A says that he is blind 100% and give certificate of blindness of CMO and denie agreement deed registered in sub registrar office and demand remedy on blindness

Admittedly, the agreement is registered. If so, the Register concerned the extant procedure as applicable when the executant happens to be visually challenged.
