Society not giving noc to bank for mortgage the flat

I have submitted all document including sale deed, share certificate from society to bank for mortgage my flat. Bank already disbursed the loan amount and EMI also debited from my account. Now the bank asking NOC from society in bank format for mortgage my flat. Society totally refused to give NOC to bank. Than what should I do?

Bank already disbursed the amount and EMI debited from my account means did you clear the loan? Or bank is ready to give you a loan now? If you have no dues to society, then society shall give you NOC. Ask the reason why they are not giving NOC. Otherwise, complain to RERA.

Why the NOC from the Bank? Is it a legal requirement? Discuss with the authorities concerned.

I fully agree with the opinion and advise of experts.
Why does the Bank require Society NOC at this stage ? It is illegal demand.
What is the objection of Society qua issuance of NOC ?
