Attached property by court

Case was filed by lakshmi reddy 2018, property of Chowdary was attached.......but before disposing of case property was transfered to narasimha on 25/8/2020 & got the money....just after that within few days case was settled outside court.....case was disposed 3/9/2020 .....Chowdary was telling kumar( it's me) he will give money after selling property which is in court......now property is transferred to narasimha has above incidents ,he got money ,he cleared lakshmi reddy but not my money.....now I am filing a civil suit.....can I put the property transfered by Chowdhury to narasimha has void b/c property attached in lakshmi reddy case against Chowdary is transferred to narasimha before case disposed.......now can I attach that property

was there any contract for payable or of said property in written.?

Was the out of court settlement submitted in the court and was referred by the court in final disposal of the case?
Whether fact of agreeing for releasing attached property was part of such agreement and was a part of judgement while case was disposed?
Broadly you have agreed for the sale, you have right to recover money, property was released by you, seems no claim lies against the purchaser.

For Promissory note amount lakshmi reddy.....case is filed ..... property attached......now before case is disposed .... property is saled & transfered .....amount paid to lakshmi reddy later case is disposed as settlement outside court.....now myself kumar has to get money from Chowdary......can I attach the property of Chowdary which is transferred to narasimha which is against law.....

Property was released after consent of Kumar, no cause of action lies against purchaser.

Lender has to proceed as per terms of settlement.

Kumar is totally a spectator who is just waiting to get money after the litigation is resolved b/w Chowdary & lakshmi reddy...... litigation is resolved.....lakshmi readdy got money ......b/c property attached by court in litigation is sold by Chowdary to narasimha before disposal of case.......later when lakshmi reddy got money with in few days of property sold requested to court that issue is resolved outside the court.......now kumar has to get money from Chowdary.......now what kumar has to do.......
