What's the complete material fact?
K Rajasekharan (Expert) 20 August 2020
The father cannot exercise any sort of discretion whatsoever in distributing the ancestral property. He can distribute it only in the manner succession law prescribes.

If he distributes it as against the law it will not survive in the eye of law. How or in what manner he should distribute ancestral property is described in the succession law.

That means law is what determines how he should distribute the property.

1. EVERYTHING can be possible PROVIDED you have a name and your query is clear. Further how many generations have been holding the so called "ancestral property" ????

Yes, how is that the property ancestral? Moreover, the mother's property is not ancestral, it is personal to her.
