How to change advocate when Not providing noc

I want to change mh advocate as i am not happy by his response in the case now. I have paid him the full fees by cash as requested and even then he is not providing noc to change my advocate. He is exploiting me by asking more money. How can i change the advocate.

You don't require any NOC from the Advocate, just switch to another Advocate with a new Vakaltnamma given by you to him for your case.

Engage another lawyer by authoring him/her by fresh Vakalatnama and inform previous one "not" to attend further proceeding of the Court.
