Respected Sir/s,
i have bought agriculture land from general category person which she got the property through the family settlement deed also they have PATTA in her name. I have seen this property is morethan 25 years cultivated by her family. After registration i have applied for Patta transfer in my name and i was shocked that due to my patta application has rejected due to this property belongs to SC Land. This property is the only way to enter my existing property. I have requested to Revenue officials that already patta issued in the name of Non-SC person ( I have verified in online also) and based on that i had purchased the same. But no response from them.
Can any one help to get out from this issue.
Regards,
Ananth.

You purchased the property from a General category person and her family is cultivating the land. That means her vendors might have been obtained Land from Government (through District Collector) i.e. Assigned Land issued to SC. So ask her (your vendor) how did she purchase the land either with the permission from the Revenue officials or not. I think permission might have been granted to sell the land and your vendor previously purchased it. But it revenue records the fact is not incorporated. so put a representation to the District Collector by RP. otherwise approach an experienced Advocate specialised in property matter for further course of action.

You must have taken chain of documents before purchase, isn't it? What is the origin status of the land?
"Buyer Beware".
You may return the same to vendor or go on as it is, nothing can be helped, the transaction is illegal and invalid.
