After 120 days passed not received my FnF & experience certi

Dear Sir ,
Highlights of my case :
Due to internal or corporate politics my senior taken my resignation given a threst of termination on whatsapp and phone . I have resigned and serve the notice period too . My resignation approved by my reporting authority over thr mail .
Post that i have completed my exist formalities.
After 48 days of my last working day i received my fnf calculation from HR department for confirmation .
I found that it is incorrect as 2 bills were not taken in the calculations . Update the concerned HR . She also sent mail to concern department for confirmation for the same. Department confirmed the receiving of bills but updated it will process in next cycle in first week of september as August cycle is over .

But from 5th of september i start making follow up for the same over mail , phone message but none one responded. Shared various mails ellobrating my financial conditions and mother's health problem as i m only earning person in my family . I approached HR Head -General Manager she sent a mail to concern department to share the calculationa but again no one reaponded . She sent one more then receives a reply that we are busy in other work once we got time we will check .After that 22 days have been passed but till now no one responded . Even HR head also not.responding . Sent couple of mails but no response .
In the mean time I ask for experience certificate then they said once fnf will clear then will release the certificate although i update them that my current company asking for the same elsw they will terminate me as already i crossed the dealines but no response .
Till now 120 days have been passed
Request you to sir please guide me what to do . It is not only the matter of money it also about the problems which currently me and my family facing . Mental tortue and harassment they are doing with me .

Instead of posting such a long story as "anonymous" author, where there is no reason to conceal your identity, you should have posted this question giving your identity as "anonymous" person is not obliged by experts as rules of this platform.
