I hv given an application for OTS to branch manager but he didn't forward to main branch and told me it was accepted now after depositing money he said their was no proposal for OTS .

Do you have copy and acknowledgment of application submitted by you?
Can you establish?
Discuss with your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in DRT/Consumer matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..with whom you may share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..
