If an lic agent can do his profession even after filing insolvency petition and receive his income from that profession?.insolvent because of higher interests paid on principal and finally want to settle it .
debts 20lakhs and assets 10lakhs.

A person file ip in that his spouse assets (means govt allocated land to built house under spouse name) also will come to clear the debts or not,house tax is in the name of petitioner.

The payment of house tax does not confer title on payer.
You may preferably discuss the matter in person with all related docs and in details with a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/civil matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt……. Check for such counsel at LOCAL, Civil Courts, HC, SC, NCLT..
