My employer threatening me, either i have ti extend the notice period or he will hold my salary.

My employer threatening me, either i have ti extend the notice period or he will hold my salary, however in my appointment letter notice period criteria wasn't been mentioned. Also i didn't get any reply against my resignation to serve my notice period.

In your original query you asked about the legality of taking leave in notice period. Now you have raised the question of extension of notice period and also withholding of salary. What exactly is your problem?

Recently i have resigned including a notice period. I have taken 2 days leave during notice period. I got employer's reply that your notice period is been extended and your salary will be hold if you didn't extend your notice period.

Did you post query for periods that are to be linked with menustration cycle of a female?
