Finance money lending

i have taken money from someone 1 year back through cash mode and gave it to someother person.. now i am asking a little time to settle the amount..but he is refusing and willing to go to police station. and he doesnt have any proof of how much i have taken from him , generally he has a voice conversation that i will repay it back.. and yesterday he and his friend came to work place called me up and threatened me over life and used abusive words.

on what basis he can lodge a complaint and what are the proofs he has to show to the police and what should i do. and for using abusive words how can i sue him..
can the police arrest behalf of him for this case or the money lender has to show proof that i have taken money ..
can the police arrest us for this case

QUITE A VAGUE QUERY !

Even otherwise, why so hurry to know? You will be able to know the basis of complaint when he lodges the complaint to the police.

Moreover, you can't expect the experts to predict on what basis he would lodge a complaint. How anyone can guess what is going on in the mind of your lender?

You agree that lender has lent the money to you and you have probably given to some else and lender has some voice recordings and has arranged some witnesses also ….
Altercations are bound to happen if borrowed money is not paid back ..
Since you are willing to pay back, visit with your elders of the family and confirm that you will pay back in ……….days/months time and close the matter.

You admitted having taken loan and agreed to refund so involve some elders of your family and assure him to repay the entire money with some interest.

Why do not you return money of the person instead of forcing him to come to you with Friends and then you seeking how you can frame him in police case.

This forum is not meant for seeking advise as to how best you can harm innocent person who helped you in distress.

Kindly state how would you react if some one defaults your payment.With humble pleading you could take some time and repay his money. properly.I prefer to advise you to repay the loan by Bank D/D and do not issue any Post Dated Cheque which could land you in soup. Once you make a Police Complaint the Police would try to sort it out collecting a Cheque which could land you in trouble.

You may better discuss the matter with the local police and ask whether they would arrest you and on what charge, if the lender approaches the police.

You seemed to be quite an ungrateful person to your helpers. Please don't expect the experts to suggest you to usurp the money of other person, if he obliged you.
