i love one girl she is 18 year old and my age is 19,,, we want to marry now but our family is not excepting us,,, we both have caught during meet,,, so her family has fixed her married with another boy,,, but we both have decided to do married with each other,,, iz thiz possible 😢 i am well settled also,,,

If you're well settled financially have emotional balance go for court marriage or Register marriage under special marriage Act.

Although the girl is of marriagable age, you are still under age, you should have crossed 21 years to be eligible to marry under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 Or under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Your eligibility to earn or financial status is no criteria for lawful marriage.

Yes! If the boy is 21 years then only he is eligible t marry otherwise it is an illegal marriage. Even now you can marry but it is a voidable marriage on your part. If any differences arises between you and that girl and they are serious you can use the option of voidable marriage and and approach court and get the marriage set aside by the court.Once you cross 21 years this option is not available to you.

For the purpose of marriage you are still a child, but for the purpose of jail, you are quite mature as have already attained majority.

Better forget for ever, whatever has been done so far, otherwise parents of the girl with the help of police can make your love disappear for ever, even for anyone else also.
